About Me

My name is Erin Leed, and I have worked in real estate finance and hospitality industry-related bookkeeping in the state of Arizona for the past 14 years.

I’m highly experienced with QuickBooks and am also comfortable picking up new software as needed. I’m well-versed in the back-end of many point-of-sale and inventory systems and how to integrate them smoothly into the books. I also handle a wide variety of payroll systems and am familiar with the full process, including compliance and reporting.

It is my philosophy that your books should work for you. I mean this not only regarding legalities, compliance, and the types of reports you wish to see, but also assisting with payments, taxes, and advice on automating what you can within your business’s unique structure. My mission is to make your bookkeeping more efficient so not only can you stay on top of important deadlines and understand the flow of your finances for future planning, but so you can also save money through the proper setup and categorization of where you spend and earn.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all bookkeeping, and customizing your optimum plan is my goal.
